I own a body shop up in Mooresville but didn’t want to go all the way up and clog up our garage for a minor repair after someone was careless and scraped my car. Never go to Calliber collision or any of the big chains, they tried to tell me I needed a police report but after some back and forth they recommended Dee Gainey’s. Will never go anywhere else in Charlotte for work except for Dee Gainey’s. Phenomenal service and even better people! Thank you for everything

I’ve had a recurring issue with my car for the past year and no one has been able to figure it out and everyone has been charging me an arm and a leg for them to work on their best guess. I brought it by Dee Gainey’s and they had it figured out within four hours and were the most reasonable, helpful, fair, and honest people. I will never go anywhere else in Charlotte! I could not recommend them more!

Incredible experience. Local ma & pa shop (47 years now!). Gifted and thorough painters. Someone hit my car in a parking lot, dented and chipped the paint to the metal; Dee Gainey’s was able to get it sparkling better than it was before, the color matched perfectly too. They don’t take shortcuts, they sand, feather, color match and mix the paint themselves, and have professional painters. Beyond the damage they quoted and fixed for me, they went above and beyond and touched up all my other little nicks I’ve accumulated over the years that they saw around the car, AND sent me away with a full bottle of touch up paint for any future scrapes. Thanks so much for the great work you guys do! Great quality!! Highly recommend!!!

Great costumer service! They left my car looking new! I would recommend coming here to Dee Gainey’s rather than any other collision Shop! 10/10
